    if you want to get big guys, minimize your cardio exercises in a week... unless kung mag cutting namo... i do cardio 2-4 times a month ra karon... kulang sab sa time hehe.. hmm.. i missed playing basketball though...

    how do you sleep guyz? ako lisod man jud oi... na used man gud ko to night out almost every night and lisod jud to get a good night sleep... any information worth sharing?

    ako bai, karong nag work nako, i sleep at 9:30pm then wake up at 5:30am. pero sa una katong tambay pa ko, tag 4 hrs ra kay sige duwa pc.

    koykoy: naa sab ko problem ana'ng sleep before.. all i did was to force myself to sleep by thinking that i need it most, i will lose my hard worked muscles, and get sick if i cant sleep right... kana maka sleep gyud ko... pero mag sige gyud ko mata mata usahay... pero bahala na, sleep gihapon ko balik, BAHALA NA!!! hahaha... I love to sleep na karon.. hehehe..
    Problem nako karon, late ko pirme sa work.. hehehe... kay mamawi gyud ko ug sleep...
