health wise long grain brown rice.......but it's hard not to crave on white

Yeah anad man gud ta sa white rice. Brown rice specially the unprocessed kind is really more nutritious but i cannot get used to the taste. i still prefer the Jasmine Milagrosa kind of white rice.
