Actually hambog na sa City, pero sa tinuod walay ika hambug because collection efficiency- as they
claim - is not equivalent to asset allocation productivity and effectiveness.

They will always emphasize their strengths -kunuhay, pero the educated know.
All these must equate to transparency, accountability and responsibility.

Look at Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan - kung nay corruption , lihok dayon even and

I somewhat agree with u regarding corrupt officials.
regarding SRP - kita ang luoy kay billions ang nawala nato sa corruption, unya atong taxes
sa cebu mag sige ug increase para maka bayad lang sa utang nga giutang ug gi sulod sa bulsa.

Wala poa gani na puno ang North Reclamation Area, nag SRP nasad, gi pa puno sa unta to ang
north usa pa gihimu ang south, gi-divide nanuon ang development (which is very minimal)
unsaun nalang pag thrive sa bznz sa north? the demand must be creeated, once north is full,
