correct. What i see is nindot pa ang performance (kung way TF) pangsugod pero mataud tauran na possible na di manungha kay gitapol, and the reality is wa kay habol ani na bands.

Basin magkadugay ang mga banda manukar bag o pa gatoon kay mao ray gustog exposure. Ang mga regular wa na, kay pangwarta gipriority.

Anyway this is just one side of the coin.

ang angay labhan ani ang mga managers sa mga pwesto, kay tihik-tihikan ang mga banda... i hope this would serve as an eye opener sa mga nagdumala sa mga pwesto...

sa akng nahibaw-an, kng d man lng gni dako at least reasonable pd ang tf sa banda para intawn mabuhi pd ta...

pro nonetheless, A-OK au ni nga concept, cgro we jst have to focus a lil bit more sa tf

a lot of good points especially with regards to the topic of TFs. actually, wala man problema ang bar giving more to the bands pero you have to understand na bago paman ni sugod so dili sad dayon sila makahatag ug dako dayon kay alkansi sad raba sila to start with. Anyway, I just spoke with them last night and got a bigger cut for the bands.

We've all been b!tching and moaning kung unsa ka kuwang ang music scene dinhi sa cebu but again, this would only work with the support of the audience and the bands. Since gamay ra ang entrance fee, no point in having a bunch of bands kay gamay na kaayo madawat ang mga banda. So I'm only having 3 bands per night which gives them more time on stage and share their music (bati kaayo na just when the audience and the band are starting to get into the vibe kay last song na dayon, right?) Also, I plan to have the show start at 9pm, let's say an 45-60mins per band, so dili sad kaayo late mahuman and mawagtangan ug gana ang mga tao kay kapoy na.

Sakto dyud ka jay...Nya usa pud ana is ang''pride''nalang pud sa banda nga matawag oi...Imu pud biya oras and talent gigamit ani nya dili bayaran? Unsa nalang man pud inngon ani sa uban nga bands nga katong magpayad dyud? nga mga experienced na? Angay ra lagi ni sa mga bag-o pa for exposure pero hinay2x pud ani nga gi-degrade ang industry sa mga banda..Posible man gud mahitabo nga kung na'y mga events nga mangapply to ang mga experienced na nga bands and nadyuy tf inngon sa coordinator nga''dah,dawata nalang ni nga tf,ky sa kato gani na bar porsiyento ra..''see? posible gyud na sya..Saonz nalang ang uban bands ani?...i-level nalang sa mga bag-o pa manukaray? tsk3x!

in response to princess_21 and everyone else na mura dako kaayo ang issue regarding tf kay might be best to open a new topic just for that discussion but anyways, wala man ko gisaaran ug set amount na talent fee kay naa man jud na mga pride and egos na malain kay nganu masdako pa ang kani na banda na bago pa (although mao ang sikat2x karun na time) while kami kay dugay na, etc...wala man ending ang argument ana kay ang mga organizers (especially kung dako na gigs) kay mao sad ila isulti na sa uban kay mao ni, mao na, etc...

basta, simple raman ako gi propose sa mga bands, and that is you get a cut of the entrance fee and the more crowd you bring in, the more money you make kay anha raman na makita kung sikat or maayo ba jud mo. its not how long youve been in the scene but how the crowd accepts you. again, pointless kung naa talent fee unya patay kaayo ang crowd, kamu ra ang nalipay.

anyway, naa na lineup para sa first 3 events and i hope to see you guys there!
