pg tsure oi. i am not talking about that. i was talking about my first post: best mayor, worst mayor. it was quite lengthy.

and u can't conclude on my general opinion of both just because of those slogans that we poked fun at. I even laughed coz i remembered.

yeah, city council composed mostly of BOPK. almost the same BOPK councilors you see now...

AFAIK, before Alvin's term, officials were forced to use their own vehicles for official use. and if there was, kad2ng klase nga mahabilin sa dalan...if im not mistaken, those car purchases did not only happen in Cebu City.

those were service "for official use only" vehicles that still exist up to now. guess who are using it now? of course the incumbents. if i remember it correctly, luoy intawn toh c Councilor Ritz Malinao gakimpang kimpang unta intawn pero gibawi-an ug service ni Tomas, all because he was affiliated w/ the opposing camp.

besides, if alvin didn't agree with that plan, then he could have simply VETOED the resolution approving the purchases, but he didnt.

yeah, i remembered that. and when Tomas got to take over the project and constructed the new ramos public market, there was a “design defect” on the 2nd floor. that's the reason why Comelec stayed at WDC bdlg instead of transferring there...

take note, i was just stating probable reasons why tomas was breathing down alvin's neck, as you put it. so i don't see why you have to bring into this discussion what tomas did afterwards.

Bisag unsaon pa ug bali-bali sa mga Garcia-nos......... Tommy O is still and will always be the best Mayor of Cebu City. Political Will (Tommy O jud ni.......) is more appreciable than a bragging attitude with the worst controversies (You know na kinsa........).

we are not really talking about mike here but we are talking about how and why Tomas was and is breathing down necks to, whether that person is VM/acting mayor or mayor.
