Ok for arguments sake, if naa router amo silingan, unya ili signal naabot sa amoa. The signal, iliaha to, pero ang space na naa ako sa property, iliha pud diay to? They dont own the air. And besides, it their fault, dili sila kabalo mo configure.
trespassing/intruding is a term meant for things that CAN BE PREVENTED from, well, trespassing. can you prevent wireless signal from going to a certain place?

hala ni taas lage ni nga discussion ...hehe..

IMO lang, ok rmn na..I know dLe tanan kamao mo config sa router and that's the sad part of it, buying the item without knowing it's capabilities...it's the owner's fault and will become a silingan's fault if mo hinay ang connection sa owner...if ang silingan mag palabi d najud maayo....hehe...

I've been to many places and heck yeah I get free wifi everywhere bisan pag walai resto/cafes or anything nga obvious nga provide sa wifi....

so all in all, silingan hinay2 lang sad tawn...it's free but you don't have the right to take it all...

show basic courtesy. If your taking advantage of a neighbor's internet connection, then at least have the decency to inform him and offer to pay, bisan php100 a month lang. taking advantage of others and bragging about your "swerte" doesn't make you lucky - it just turns you into an opportunist.

Same thing happened to me when I got my internet connection. After one day we noticed ni hinay and pag reklamo namo, we were informed that we didn't provide for a password. So we put in one showing basically our family initials. Wala abti og 30 minutes, ni tok-tok ang among silingan sa tapad dyud sa balay and informed us that he got connected to our connection but had no idea who it was because ang default name ra ang nakita. He then offered to pay us to be connected to one laptop lang, tutal he only uses it at night and we have our computer and connection turned on 24/7.

Okay ra kaayo nako since he showed he was honest and also didn't want to take advantage. I'm on a Php990 plan, and my neighbor chips in php100. The money saved won't make you rich, it won't even buy you a two piece chicken-joy meal. But the php100 sure pays a lot towards good relations with your neighbors.
