As of 6pm today, ALL 600 UNITS SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS! Thank you kaayo sa nagpareserve.
We still accept reservations pero wait-listed status na. Which means you will only have a chance to own the unit katong mobackout. I have 4 reserved units nga possible na moback out text me if interested.

katong nagreserved unya mowithdraw/mobackout, will be refunded in full or their checks will be returned. Reservation fees will not be refunded for withdrawals after last week of October 2009
