There are reasons why things are done and those reasons are sometimes not audible to some audience(s). I have my reasons and the generals ones, but I won't waste my time, no offense good sir.

personally, i include meditation in my repeated prayers .. and they are effective to me...hehe ..even in prayer, there is multi-tasking: holding the beads, saying the prayers and meditating.

hehehe... to be honest, nakatawa ko ani nga topic. naa diay level2x ang prayers ninyo? pude mag LEVEL-UP? hehehe. mura sad nag ingon nila di daw pude agi pa sa mga santos (ex. St. Xavier, pray for us...) kay dugay kuno muabot, mas maayo daw diritso sa ginoo. wahehehe...

if there is power in prayers, it comes from how many, not how lengthy. got it? hope so...

rosary, in its very sense, is meditative prayers. meaning, it invloves one to be on sort of meditation, there is silence, there is essentially a peace in one's mind and heart as result. also, because a rosary is prayed with concrete and fixed procedures, one can pray this with others.

an "impromptu" prayer is something without definite format. which is also acceptable, so long as u are true to what you PRAY FOR. what u pray for.
