i've seen the movie in theaters 2 weeks ago with very low expectations. this is a low budgeted film but it was actually VERY GOOD. i can watch the movie 10 times in one day.

have just watched this movie last sat nindot cya boring sa first murag way lami pero ig abot middle till end nindot myta na a pa ni sumpay lingaw pd bya heheh myra pd ba lahi ang pagpakita nila about aliens heheh

not bad for a $30 million budget. mura ko gatan-aw ug movie nga $100 million ang budget hehe...easily one of the best, if not the best of the year so far. sayang lang nga di madayon ang HALO nga movie which Neill Blomkamp (District 9 director) was supposed to make, pero this really gives you an idea how the movie would've looked like if wa lang gi-undang sa Microsoft/Bungie ang project.

it wouldnt beat gi joe in the box office if dili ni nindot hehe...btaw, its a great film. you guys can check out sa youtube ang original short film entitled 'alive in joburg' that neill blomkamp did that caught peter jackson's eye. 'district 9' is actually the end result, silbi expansion sya sa 'alive in joburg'.

Murag documentary nga ang nagdocumemt maoy na exposed sa expirment unya nahinong "Prauns" hehehe
kaso bitin.. g-apil nalang sab unta nila after 3 years kay mao man to promise atong "Leader"
nga balikan sya kaso wala man hehehe... tua intawon naghimo ug bulak-bulak sa slum sa "District 10" para mahatag nya sa iyang wife,
kay nahimong naman sya nga "Prauns"
