Carla Abellana to play Sharon’s daughter in Mano Po
The search is finally over. Mother Lily Moneteverde has announced that the role, which was previously refused twice was whole-heartedly accepted by newbie primetime actress Carla Abellana.
The Rosalinda starrer had accepted the role, which has brought too much controversy after being refused twice. The role of Sharon Cuneta’s daughter in Mano Po 6 was refused by Only You starrer Angel Locsin. When it was offered to real chinese Kim Chiu, the Tayong Dalawa starrer refused it as well.
It is good for Carla Abellana that these established young actresses refused the role due to nonavailability and prior commitments. It seems like Carla has lots and lots and lots of time, huh!
