yup!. ang first kay initial interview pero daghan mo interviewhun if daghan nang apply, next is computer exam consists of multiple choice about handling customers, time zones and data entry, phone simulation and final interview..

im checking my options for these 2 companies. WiPro & iCt. how tur na wla daw increase sa ICt if ma regular ka & how about sa yearly increase & PA Bonus? im about to sign my contract this aug 10 at the same time start sa akong training sa WiPro. please help.

my gf is TL in ICT as a Coach. Okay ra man ang pay kato agent pa siya. 16k ila starting ambot lang kaha karon. naa pud bonuses then naa pa jud ka chance makadaog ug gadgets such as itouch, ipod, PSP, camera, etc.. name it. apply na mo.. but naa ko CVG.. haha

naka sign nko contract sa ict but unfortunately ang among batch kay gi-cgeg postpone sa start date...it was postponed twice and im still waiting for the next and hopefully the final start date..
