I've been with pldt for over 2yrs now,at first, i was extremely satisfied sa ila service kay wala jud downtime.even if dili au fast ako connection,ok ra kay naa man always anytime u wanted to access the internet,but lately,around 3months na, murag nikagar na ako connection, intermittent na kaayo,and everytime u call tech support to report the problem,u would just be asked to do the basic troubleshooting like turning off the pc,modem and checking the cables,nakig argue pajud ang usa sa ila rep nako nga it is not with the modem or connection but my pc even if ingon nako nga ang modem mu off and link uig data lights intermittently that could possibly a defective cable or modem,ok ra jud daw.mas nisamot na nuon ron...everytime to try to access the internet,as u turn ur pc on,ala jud connection,panington paka ug troubleshoot...I've contacted them twice just today,and teh support said that they will monitor daw the line within 3 days,bisan nirequest nako ug possible dispatch or a modem replacement maybe...hahay,lami na ibalhin anang Bayan dsl...

hahaha.... ingun ana jud na permi ila ipa buhat sa taga customer support =< yaya ang tech support dili mo action daun.... maypa Bayan DSL kay positive ang mga comments sa ila support ug stable ang line.

lagi mao btw mg dual wan router unta me ky ok ang pldt ug connection pero not at all times man pud mao mgbutang me ikaduha whch is bayandsl ky ila tech support for netpro package/deals ky with in 4 hrs daw, how true? wala lang landline ang bayandsl, how true pud na masum up dw ang bandwidth,
pldtdsl(2.7mbps)+bayandsl(2mbps) is 4.7mbps na daw tungod sa dual wan port router? Hmmmmmm Wala jud ko know how ane dah....

medyo mahal lang 8k pldt + 9k bayan. makamatay nag inet cafe na price!

diba kaw man to nagquote pud nga bati ne ang load balancing in the previous page? hmmmmmmm in what way? why? btw ang reviews sa international forum ky aside sa load balancing is isum up ang bandwidth... but maybe your right then.

kayasa ani mga bro... just today... (about 430 pm Spetember 04, 2009) i was at bayantel ofis... and check it out myself if their company really offers residential accounts.... and gues what... nothing man!!!!


there is no such thing as residential account for ceub os of now.. just corporate accounts....


it was such a waste that i believe to this thread... man... i am from consolacion... bayantel is in cebu city..


you might say.. why didnt i just call their costomer service.. ( I DID!) i asked for thier number here in cebu.. and they didnt give me because they say they cant....


i was thinkin this may have been a secret... but i was wrong to give my hopes up....


all this is nothing for now...


sucks... but.. mga bro.. dont waste your time yet...
