Definitely not a residential connection. Wala may residential diri sa Pinas mo abot ang bandwidth ngana. Or edited lang siguro ni kay dako kaau deperensya sa DL ug UL.

i don't need to do that cause i just posted the the forum link.. our maximum torrent DL could reach up to 117 kbps.. a movie with a size of 700 mb is usually complete in 2 or 3 hours.. but the speed is inconsistent..

I see shenanigans. That could be burst bandwidth because I have a lower rated speed than you at 18 MBps and I could easily get a sustained 2MB/sec on downloads ... way above 117KB/sec.
