    pwede sakto, pwede sayop.

but it is more convincing sa usa ka HR nga mo tan-aw sa imo resume kung unsa imo nabuhat
during your college days... do you think an HR will give the applicant a chance kung makakita sya sa usa ka resume na "just a plain grad student" lang ka, compare sa usa ka naay mga extra-curricular activity nga applicant?

karun ug gamay ka ug grades do you think di mo matter? (English Subjects)

pero kung IT na side? hmmmm correct me if I'm wrong.

di man sab sila ka base sa grades
kay sa hiring ads kasagaran please submit your resume to:
di man please submit your TOR.

How to have an I.T experience?

Option 1 - Start with OJT IT company nga related sa field na imo gusto, bahala wala kay allowance, antos lang jud
kay ang knowledge nga imo makuha dili mabayran. ayaw ug OJT for the sake lang makakuha ka sa hours required.

Option 2 - Enroll to a short term course like Cisco, A+, Microsoft kung naa pa ika-gasto.
kung wala gamita ang first option.

Nindot i-start ani is 3rd year kung pwede 2nd year college mas maayo.
pangayo tabang sa imo maestro kung naa sya kaila or amigo sa imo parents or Ante.
use all possible resources nga naa ka.

LOL. Yeah, I agree. IT field is more on experience rather than grades. Even drop-outs can be the best programmer. Maapil lang ang grades kung entry level pa or sa wala pay experience.

grade are not the basis lagi kay naka trabaho man gani ko ato nga gamay ko grado sa pag ka maestro kunuhai ang skills lang ako saligan.little back ground on I.T field like short time course ako na learn.

Let's say dako ka grade then di ka maayo mo tubag during interview or crucial situation sa interview wla g hapon imung g pang hambog nga grade unlike the skills ma kita all the time.
