From my experience when I was on PLDT myDSL and now Globe Broadbands and also from my "unofficial" PLDT myDSL connection and my sister-in-laws PLDT connection, I have yet to experience bandwidth throttling from both providers. Even with lots of seeders, if the number of leechers who throttle their upload speeds since it's a public tracker, wala gihapon pulos ang daghan seeders. That's why muhinaw gyud ang download speed kasagaran sa mga torrents using public trackers.Originally Posted by bossdak
Blame it on the leechers throtling their upload speeds and not the ISP.
First off ... stay on topic.
Secondly ... the best trackers are private trackers anyway. The only trackers I use are private invite only trackers ... and yes I have a 5.6 ratio. Cheating your ratio or not sharing at all gets you kicked off the tracker and you lose the community, the fast downloads (full length films in less than an hour), and you have to go back to all the nub public trackers.
Ooppsss... Was just going to edit first post...
Finally got a shared account from TB =D
