time-constraint ang organizers and they're aiming for a successful event para masundan so they had to pick the established overclockers who pretty much risked a lot already - in other words, experience. the purpose is that, once this event is successful the succeeding ones would be a hell lot easier to organize since its already been done before (build confidence from the sponsors) and that's when this will probably be open to everyone.

went to SM this morning. abi nako ug unsa ang PC fair. CBX ang sponsor. nothing special ra man. they just featured ASUS boards and VC's.
