Partially. I'm not interested in lettering or script writing.

---- Muscled heroes, heroines, villains, villainess, creases, folds ---

I have Burne Hogarth's Dynamic Wrinkles and Drapery. Got it from
Fully Booked. I bought it on impulse but a good book to have once I've
learned basic anatomy.

I also have Jack Hamm's Drawing the Head and The Figure.

Speaking of which, the hardest part for me is the back muscles and
women's breast (which come in different shapes and sizes, grrr).

I mean how do I draw a woman's breast when she's upside down,
leaning, lying down, under water, jumping up and down, etc?

Or, when somebody's, er, manipulating them?

Do I need to buy a balloon and fill it with water or something?

Plus, most anatomy drawing books omit the private parts. They either
don't draw them completely or worst don't. Murag action figure.

I also have trouble with facial expressions. I know, I know, use a
mirror but I want to draw "erotic" facial expressions. I know, I know,

I've always wanted to join one but yes, starcraft-ghost, I know what
you mean. I've spoken to some former members and they told me
about the "fragmentation" issue. Sayang no?

--- Drawing weakness in general ---

I can't seem to draw a complete scene. I can draw an individual tree.
I can draw a single person without clothes pa.

But ask me to draw a group of people in a park full of trees, toinks!

I mean how do you start? Layouting? Reference photos?

You can also take photos like Alex Ross. trace like Tim Bradstreet (punisher and blade cover artist). pero for a quickie try www.corbis.com for stock photos. I used to visit several websites.. but the name escapes me right now.

last i heard from sukol is that they have seminars at tyke's comix shop every saturday...

Sukol Mo SUCKS because of their FOUNDING MEMBERS, 3 to be exact.

One is a pedoartist who enjoys drawing kiddie hentais,
another is a powerhungry dictator who can decide whether you're fit to join the club or not and often talks crap behind you're back.
And lastly one who claims he's already on the professional level by wasting a lot of good inks, he even claims he was contacted by marvel or DC.

Oh yeah, as for the seminar, I heard that the corrupt dictator plans to charge ya this time for any seminar they offer.

POPCORN is no different, they just do it for the money
and they don't pay ya $#^%.

Interesting a lot of critics about Sukol Mo is in this blog. To be honest I'm one of the original founding members of the said group. Aside from the three founding members that was described here, you might say that I'm the fourth one. I'm basically the one that bring everyone together. I never wanted the group to be called that way in the first place. I prefered a much more catchy way. I'm not very proud with Sukol Mo and what it had become anyway. So I left and move on with my life. Improving myself and my skills thus outgrowing Sukol Mo.
