We are in the modern times. why not? as long as maayo ang contribution nila sa community and they are not harming anyone/ anything. I know gay couples whose been together more than married heterosexual couples have. they are human beings, too just same *** preference.

I think this comment bears repeating. I know you said you're not a Catholic. But I think you got hung up on the bible too much to be able to have an open mind to gay marriage. Now, I'm not saying that is a bad thing... just stating my opinion.

P.S. And before anyone here gets any ideas, I'll state for the record that I'm not in favor or legalizing incest marriage.

I came from a very strict Catholic family. When we found out my older brother's gay, normal reaction was disgust. But eventually, my parents learned to accept who he is. I know that it's written in the Bible and so on pero isn't the Bible just "the word of God written by men?"

Not to sound heretical, but even if the Bible is "the greatest book ever", it was still written a thousand years ago by some over-zealous individuals, presumably clouded by their belief, and most things in the Bible just don't apply to current times.

Ako, normally kay fair man ko na pagkatao, i like going with the flow, di ko nahan mu go against. Pero when it comes to this, I really have strong opinions kay ako brother married his husband. And I think mas maayo pa ang ila marriage compared to most married couples I know.

It's just a matter of opening your eyes na dili ra puros laki ug bae ang kauban nato diri sa kalibutan, di nato ma deny na naa sad bayot ug tomboy and hard it is for some of you to believe, they also fall in love. Equality lang gud. Kung wala sila maigo ug matapakan na lain tao, ngano gud ato i deny sa ila na ma enjoy ang married life? Maayo gani nuon na para mabaw-an nila na dili diay lalim.
