if ur working in Production Company syempre experience but how about working in , example , DESIGNING like Planning? experience is not actualy fit on that situation......
First of all THEORY is must before EXPERIENCE........... we must apply the theories we've learned during our college days and for me it really helps me a lot in my work now like SHIP DESIGNING.........

theories remained theories when they're not implemented.. therefore, i'd go for experience coz it's the state where theories are proven - right or wrong..
experience will make you draw a conclusion... but the fact of the matter is, conclusion is always a state when you get tired of thinking... believe me, you can't make a conclusion not unless u still have lots of brains to drain..
