Hi guilliam and to the other dog owners here in istorya,
Not to offend you or anything, but its risky to post the entire PCCI papers of your dog with all the details. At least cover some of the personal information and registration number. I know you will still transfer ownership under your name--- but be very careful. There are a lot of people who are on the lookout for PCCI papers in the internet.
Some of the things these dog scammers do:
1. Their dog gives birth to just 5 purebreed pups. They register 10 puppies at PCCI and then sell the other 5 "imaginary pups's" PCCI papers.
2. They buy/sell lower quality/cheap dogs and then obtain PCCI papers from people listed in #1
3. Copy details from existing dog owners and have fake papers made in Recto. They then sell those puppies to newbie or innocent dog owners for a higher price, since they are "PCCI registered". By the time they find that their papers are actually fake or just duplicates of the real thing, the seller is long gone.
4. Buy & sell PCCI papers from dogs that already passed away. They claim that their "stud" has PCCI papers, when in fact it wasn't actually registered in the first place. They continue to register new litters under that dead dog's name... passing on red marks.
5. Fake age. Fake blood lines. Ang dali ma fake ang papers kanang dogs nga dagko nga litters: ex. goldens, labs, gsd. Normal ra man gud nga daghan ni sila ug anak.
6. Bad breeders are able to obtain more info of "the quality studs". They are able to forge the signature of the owner of that quality stud-- (needed for PCCI registration) When in fact, the stud that they used is not of excellent bloodlines at all. They then sell those puppies for a higher price. "son of grand champ, hall of famer etc etc". Cguro naka suway sila pa stud service one time, and then i forge na nila ang signature sa owner the next time mag heat ilahang iro. La-in na diay ang amahan.
7. Mixed-breed dogs i-claim nila nga pure-breed because naay "PCCI papers".
Just be careful of what you post because there are many people who try to take advantage of obtaining info. Why do I know this? Nabiktima na ko before back when I was still in high school Manila. (I grew up there). Daghan mga wise monkey didto, believe me.
daghan fake ga taga cartimar. Karon bad breeders take advantage of the dog forums and other classifieds sites. My friend who is a breeder, said gipakyaw iyaha mga puppies nga wala'y papers at a much lower price. Nahibaw-an niya nga tu-a sa tiendasitas gibaligya iyaha pups...with papers na and almost 2x the price. wow!
I also met a German Shep breeder in Bohol who was selling his puppies. I asked if naa ba'y PCCI papers and he said "wala. aw gusto ka naay PCCI papers? Wala'y problema... pahimuan nato". Tsk tsk!

He said that
"PCCI paper-buying is quite rampant. If a dog is supposedly purebred without papers, the quickest thing to do is get some papers from some other dog to use. You can ask around and get one easily if you know enough dog-people..... that papers would get me more puppy-buyers and stud service clients."

sad to say, there are people who just raise dogs as a "lucrative business" and don't actually care for these dogs and pups. They'd do anything just to bring in the big bucks. Mga salbahis ug mangingilad na sila.
Ang fake nga PCCI Papers nga champline, HOF & daghan ug redmarks could go as high as P3000-5000 per PCCI paper. Daghan buyers gapalit diha and who knows they just might assume the identity of your dog. Papel ra na pero my gehd.... kwarta na na para nila.
