How can CHR influence a terrorist organization? Obviously they can't, but those responsible for such ghastly acts of violence could be tried in the future as war criminals once apprehended even if they have fled to another country. This has happened in the case of Rwanda, Bosnia, Serbia and more.

i juz dont know whats really their objectives... its like they only existed to go against the government everytime there is an issue. i think they have poor informants hacing poor information. they have lots of incosistencies toward acting as human rights group. it makes the public confuse on their existence. CHR are selective on their decisions and just tolerates true crimes against the innocent. mka ingon sad ta nga mura ni cla rebels ky they only rise when there are government issues and dead when crimes happened to the innocent.

to protect the rights of criminals
to give the criminals due process
Human rights only exist to criminals captured by the government
warlords who became government officials, gukdon mo

pero kung warlord ra gali.. they have no control over you hehehehe

I think we don't need to blame CHR personnel or the agency itself.. to think lang this is only an agency sa atong gobyerno.. Though it is an independent body but naa pa ghapon high ranking official behind ani nila na nag dominar sa ilang mga bulohaton..

The oldest communist rebel group in Asia wla man gali ni na pitol sa gobyerno CHR pakaha.. We can't blame this agency guys unless ato.ang government mismo is capable of stopping this bandits..
