WOW! best idea so far from these very smart guys in NTC. They have just solved our economy's greatest problem..foreign debt! the Philippines would eventually be the richest country in the world. just imagine all these hollywood stars, even pres obama, FBI, and the CIA, flocking to the office of the NTC just so they can register their websites with them.
