yes, i'm also quite interested in switching ISP. Is there also someone I can talk to in Innove about this? Also, there are a couple of billing issues I wish to tackle during this meeting as well regarding our 17 Globe land lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated gottlieber.

well.... billing dept should handle such case, they are located 6th/F GT IT Plaza IT Park Lahug, look for any personnel incharge.....

i need a nice business package that can guarantee a minimum amount of download and upload speed for ALL the pc units i have in my cafe. i don't want crap like, " its becuz the speed is divided amongs blah blah blah". i want GUARANTEE in kbps in every unit written in the contract. and we could also specify a "standard" way of measuring such guaranteed connection speed. and if it goes down the stipulated minimum con. speed, then there should be a rebate of some sort. but then again, i think i'm asking too much?

yup, also the isp just provides you the bandwidth, its up to you how to control the transfer speed for each pc
