That is true if mao na siya ang i follow gyud but realistically speaking bai .... based on experience also , mga HONRS namo sa HS and ELEMENTARY , maybe some in college na mga DL's pa .. where are they right now ? Kadtong mga sagoy and kiat sa una , avregae lang ang grado , they are by most na akong nailhan kay mga top earners and very much , take note majority kay financially stabilized . Depends sa nag interview kung meticulous sila sa grades and how they interpret it. Pero you can always defend it in the interview, kung dili ka maayo palusot, "we'll call you soon" jud ila isulti sa imo.

lisod jud i sud sa mga dagko nga company labi na kung research and development nga dept hehehe

sa akong case dawat man gud nako bisag unsa trabaho basta related lang gamay sa ako gi eskwelahan

gamay ra jud kaayo ko swerti sa mga filipino nga mo interview hehehe

pero karon alteast pasalamat pud ko sa ako trabaho bisag kapoy.. reklamo rako kutob ani hehehe

ang imporatante lang jud nga mapakita nimo sa employer nga willing ka ma kat on hehehehe

Just be yourself during interview, have confidence, look straight to the eye of the interviewer when speaking to him/her, it will reflect sincerity in what you say. As much as possible, if you can divert the attention of the interviewer not to look into your failing grade/s, the better. If maka pangutana jud siya about ana, tell him/her that it was a past mistake on your part and you have already got over with it na, the positive effect of that failing grade is that you were able to overcome adversity.
