    vetsin has always been a part or our household cooking but 3 years ago my grand ma and aunt developed diabetes, and we found out that the use of vetsin over the years also contributed to the illness as it can cause obesity a risk factor in diabetes. so instead of putting msg we either add brown sugar (but not much) then add some spices like pepper, cumin, curry, all spice, etc. Shrimps can be helpful too...
