if you find the above list funny, well, thats how vague and ridiculous this new guidelines is. That is why it is very pressing for you to provide "modifications" on your guidelines, else, chaos will prevail.

there are more pressing probs that need to be attended too.

>> what happened to the smoke belching campaign? why is it that inspite of the implementation of smoe emission testing, still we see belchers on our roads?

>> how credible the medical tests that accredited doctors conduct to all drivers? do they really test their basic faculties such as eye sight?

>> you will be surprised to know that we have professional dirvers who CANNOT EVEN READ OR WRITE? how in the hell they'll be able to read our traffic directional signs?

>> what happened to the infamous Road Users' Tax?

which brings me to my next questions -

> unsa kalahian sa private ug public vehicles that you descriminate against private vehicles?

> isnt it more primordial concern ang public utilities becoz they transport larger number of commuting public? you cant even implement a more comprehensive insurance coverage to these publics in the first place!

> whats the real reason behind the no-modification policy? public safety? then it should not be confined solely to private vehicles but it should be applied more on PUJs!

our streets lack LTO personnel who honestly work their @sses off to apprehend traffic violators and road hazards... that's where you need to improve on!
