bro, just try not to put down yourself... if you only knew, that marami sa kababayan natin na magaling pa sa mga 5 years experience dito. I had only 1 year of experience working in industry sa pinas right after I graduated in college.. when I got offered for a job abroad...of course, at my young age...I grab the opportunity right away! and accept the offer (though its quite big already compared to my other relatives)
I came here expecting that I will be starting at the bottom...or undergo some training. But to my surprise, after couple of months I begun teaching and mentoring other personnel with more than 5 years in the company,Base as what I saw,
filipinos are more talented that other nationalities here in asia like singporeans, malaysians, myanmar, thailand, india, bangladesh, Indonesia and vietnam...and its veryyyyy diffifult to communicate with them, coz they can't speak nor understand such simple english word!
the problem of us, is the
crab mentality...that makes our kababayans out there...stuck in getting some nice job to work abroad, considering those cruelity too of our local agencies plus no support from Government authorities. Now pinagbabawalan ang mga pinoy na pumasok sa SG especially if ang reason ay maghanap ng work. damn goverment! other countries they encourage their countrymen to work abroad, to climbed up their economy and save their people out from poverty.
when economy goes down, crises arise... with numerous of crimes. hirap na ang buhay hindi ba safe.... amffff!! wala na tayo magawa dyn but to accept the fact...We got only 1 life to live... sa bisaya pa... utong delpin hehehe
