    True... I don't even know that it is more difficult to watch on this issue other than coding or hunting bugs...where in the end of the development still cannot bring you some good profit. That's the reason why there's an OpenSource coming in where they want to get start from low cost project while inviting some supporters and users that someday will turn into a customer....just like what happen to RedHat.

    School is really just a foundation that sometimes below standard.... haaaay... I'm sending two of my own in college now... and quite disappointed that the learning curved is very slow...even if they learn fast, still the teacher is considering the rest of the students plus the modules that they followed.

    2003 gihapon... kay mau pa supported sa among hardware. ambot lang kaha atong showroom nila diri. regarding sa machine new server nila (a server PC from microsoft joined venture with other company) I forgot the name... I checked it nlng later. no plans pa to migrate 2008.

    uban vista namo downgrade to XP... microsoft stop licensing already and up to 2009 lang daw ang support nila. the rest if you want to buy, you have to purchase VISTA with free downgrade licenses.

    @ben

    There are a lot of features failed to implement in Vista, just right before longhorn was release (codename for vista). One of it was the WinFS (said to be next to NTFS file system)...and aside from that, they replace Windows XP with huge gap in terms of years... Microsoft seems to be desperate, that they even stop online support and distribution for Windows XP which until 2009 only ( I already confirm this from our last meeting). However, you can purchase Windows Vista with free downgrade option to WinXP SP2 or SP3.

    Right here, you usually find new notebooks and PC's with OEM license ported to Vista, but certainly, buyers would still prefer Windows XP.
