I think the nation is in desperate need of this bill.. I think we are already over populated. I checked wikipedia and the total population density of the nation is 295 / sq kilometer. That comes out to about 3500 sq meters per person. Can you imagine growing all the food you would need in that small of an area.

Also i noticed that we are 12th in the world in terms of population yet we are 72nd in terms of land area. Even now at over 90 million there is no way in hell that we are still at the sustainable level. We are almost at the desperate level i think.

it's tough but it just has got to be...

the right to bear children should be based on one's income/net worth

poor people should be kept in check, we cant allow them to multiply...for their own good--and the state as well

i see this as a way to progress...and a means to end more suffering...we wont see sick and hungry, uneducated children roaming our streets...
