If for international, I'll go for FedEx 'cause I've got a contact person there who handles my previous company's account. And also, the Account Executive, Ms. Amy Molina, very accommodating. She'll provide you ideas about how the process is and she's approachable. Anything you ask, as long as she knows it, she'll provide you with the info. If for Local shipment, I'll go for Air21, they're about the same company but Air21 serves only local shipment, same with Ms. Molina,the Acct Ex for Air 21, Mr. William Lambatan, very accommodating. You can track your package thru their website or thru phone by calling the customer service 24/7.

regarding sa international, bag-o lang ko nakadawat sa akong shipment from online order in china. UPS ako gi-select sa delivery options. In good condition akong package.
Ok kaayo ang taga UPS kay aside from online tracking ila pa ko gitabangan para mogamay akong import duty ug tax sa custom.
At first gipangayuan ko sa custom ug P6,000 para sa import duty ug tax, nagpatabang ko hangyo sa UPS they gave me advice to contact my supplier, the next day nahimo na lang P3000 ako nabayran.

i heard stories about Air21 naa items stolen from packages and tracking numbers wont work. true?
if within the province nothing beats the pamalihug sa conductor sa bus nya hatag 20-50 pesos then i drop lang kung asa nimo gusto along its route. hehehehe
