hi neon...i got the frontier model from true value ayala...i think mga one month na nako ni gigamit. prob lang nako is lately, motilamsik/mopisik ang water sa front, mogawas sa fan blade and naay mogawas nga water pod sa rear side...morag naay tulo bah. almost daily na gani namo gilimpyohan ang cooler (filter and all) coz i was thinking bsin nag accumulate ang abog, but bisan bag-ong limpyo, mopisik gihapon kung i-on ang cool function. what could be the problem? sa bag-o pang palit kay wala man mogawas nga water and dili mopisik...karon kay gamiton nlng namo sya without the cool function aron lng wlay mogawas water...na forfeit na nuon iyang function to give a cooling effect. i hope you can help me with this...na delete naman gud nako ang number sa Cebu area manager ninyo. thanks.

kitty pwede mangayo user review sa frontierevaporative cooler? interested man gud ko mukuha pero wala may demo units di ko ka sure unsa ka effective? duol na sa aircon iyang kabugnaw? for how long? dili kylangan ice jud ibutang? ok ra water straight from the faucet? mubugnaw gihapon? thanks!

hi piper4ever, ang gipalit nako kay gamay ra man nga unit, Frontier iya model. Mora syag box fan nga naay sudlanan ug water sa likod. kung i-compare sa aircon ang kabugnaw, layo ra jud kay mag depende man iyang kabugnaw pod sa ibutang nimo nga water. what i do aron bugnaw ang buga is magpabugnaw ko ug water then maoy ibutang nako. kung butangan pod ug ice kay dali ra matunaw kay naa man water jud nga mag circulate so mahumol sa water ang ice, in a few minutes matunaw dayon pero bugnaw pod ang buga nga air. though layo ra ang kabugnaw sa aircon, at least di pod pareha sa ordinary fan nga kung init ang panahon, morag mas init pa ang moboga nga air. sa evaporative cooler, ma feel pod nimo naay gamay bugnaw especially if magpatungod jud ka and ang feel sa air kay dili dry kay naa man pod ionizer. sa frontier kay kung continuous ako gamit, magbutang ko ug 1liter cold water siguro kada 3hours. depende sa kainit sa panahon....so far, contented ra man pod ko coz dili sya pareha sa aircon kagasto sa electricity and yet maka feel pod kag kabugnaw.

btw, thanks neon sa quick response sa ako prob sa ako unit. that same day nagpadala jud ug technician to check the unit. at least ang after sales support nila is ok kay tagaan dayon ka ug feedback and ilang technicians mga maayo pod ug batasan. gi observe usa gyud nila ang unit before sila milakaw to make sure wla na ang leak. am saving up for another unit para na pod sa living room...siguro ang mas daku2x nila nga model.
