@ CHAD_TUKES, I went through my records of purchases frm CAMINADE MAMBALING in particular, found out that what they issued me is only the ORDER SLIP INSTEAD OF AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT (REASON BEING, I AM MOSTLY NOT AROUND WHEN THE FOOD IS BEING DELIVERED, OTHERWISE, WOULD HAVE ASKED A RECEIPT). My question now is KINAHANGLAN BA NGA KUNG MO REKLAMO TA, SUPPORTED WITH AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT ANG ITEM? Thank you.

for me, the customer's always right! nireklamo naka ani sa ila main branch sa mabolo? adto sa ila owner jud? i am a frequent customer pud diri sa caminade mambaling ug lapulapu and to hear this kind of news, murag discouraging na kaayo mupalit ngadto dah.
oh and the store is not even issuing official receipts on your purchases? tsk tsk laing reklamo na pod na sa BIR..![]()
my advice is to settle this with the owner jud. katong si sir steven. naa mana siya permi standby sa mabolo branch. if he does not take any action in refunding or exchanging. threaten him that you will go to the DTI. if wala gihapon, then e-report jud sila ma'am..

@ CESSKI, Yes I had reported the matter to JANE, the lady incharge at the MAMBALING BRANCH. I would presumed LUZ CAMINADE knew, judging from her reaction when she saw me last monday..obviously IT WAS NOT WELL TAKEN!
