    when ur baby reaches 6 months, that is the best time to introduce to him/her solid foods.pero u should do it gradually so that u can detect if ever they have certain allergies to some foods.and also, u can feed ur baby fruits and veggies...like mashed potatoes, crushed fruits.and there is also cerelac and gerber.i think dili man gyud na sila mawagtang oi.its part and parcel of having a baby and being a baby...kita suguro tanan ni agi ana.

    -ginaling na rice then timplahan lang nako para maganahan cya,sometimes sagulan nako sa iyang milk

    -para sa snack nya kay Marie na biscuit sagulan ug milk nya hantud ma mura na cya ug cerelac ug nawng
    pero ako baby after ug kaon nya mangita pajud ug dede hehehe ako man cya gpa breast feed pirme pero usahay formula sad cya.

    mas nindot ug affordable: bugas humay galingon sagulan na daan ug monggos pagaling..unya lugawon butangan kalabasa or any veggies...healthy kaayo inyo baby..
