but if you want something like harbour city menu pero mas fresh but a little bit more expensive, try Tsim Sha Tsui sa Ayala.

if the sky is the limit then tea of spring in shangrila for me os one of the best.. ting gow in waterfront has also good dimsum. = )

If you want the "filipino" dimsum -- Harbour City, Ding Qua Qua and Dimsum Break will always be the staple. But if youre looking for the next best thing to the real thing I vote, Tin Gow!
Tin Gow is located at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel in Lahug. They dont only have good dimsum but thier main dishes are fantastic! Must try's are their Seafood Beancurd hot pot - made of home made beancurd. It is to die for! The best sweet and sour pork in Cebu, so far. Yes I know what your thinking, how can you go wrong making such a simple dish like sweet n sour pork, but you gotta try this one. And for noodles, the char kwey teow. laveet!
