    tnx for replying,im already 30plus old,do you think its harder for a guy like me to practice sikaran? what attracted me tho is your vision of propagating FMA here and hopefully over our neighboring country.

    i did practice martial art when i was still young n wild tho i never made it to higher belts,the reason is i got tired of forms.

    Maam Anabel Banaag, the Global Sikaran Federation-Philippines President has finally given her go signal for the start of the Sikaran Basics Clinic for Cebu. Im stil at a lossfor the venue though. Im contemplating of starting it by mid July to prepare evrything.

    The focus of the clinic will be: * introduction/ orientation to Sikaran
    * Sikaran basic techniques
    * Beginning Forms ( Balangkas 1-5)
    * Sikaran Fundamental Kicks
    * Tournament Rules and Regulations
    * Organization of Sikaran Officers for Cebu

    Requirements :
    * monthly fees ( very minimal )
    * registration fee ( lifetime.. standard rate)
    * Sikaran Uniform ( compulsory)
    * your committment and dedication ( pinaka importante )

    pinobre lang sa ni karon.. lets put Sikaran Back to where it belongs.. to the hearts and minds of Filipino Martial Artists...

    Pugay..

    sir freeflyer

    kung gusto ka dako dako nga venue maybe we can arrange e-mall or sm cebu pero sa target date nimo muag lisod lisod na kuhaon.murag dili na cla mangayo ug bayad ang ila lang is makahatag lang ta ug activity sa ilang establishment para malingaw ang mga patrons.

    what about baseline?
