apples! good!! low energy-density foods like apples and other fruits and veggies make u less hungry and more likely to sustain a healthy diet.

although wai lami(ako ra ni iblanche).. cge nalang.. it's a buffet no limit!
you can mix this with any meal of the day
oats or whole wheat(starchy complex carbs, if i'm not mistaken ang gi ani is around 55)

high carb contents(a bowl of oatmeal is almost like a bowl of rice) , so restricted to morning

DIET hehehe!! sulayan nko last week lng dyd, eat less( 2 tablespoon of rice plus a 1/4 cup tuna) bsta anything w/o meat(pork,beef,chicken), I ate apples like 2 apples in a day, I do work out like 40 mins of cardio(threadmill,crosstrainer) 2 hours of weight lifting. I also drink Del Monte Fit n Right like 2 of those during my work out time. Naniwang kog 10 lbs in a span of 1 week!!! pero loya imo lawas, you need to eat every 3 hours pero dli kanang kaon na kaon bsta lng mka sustain sa imo needs(energy). Ning adjust lng ako lawas hopefully mo adapt ra dayon na. I also take the hydroxycut hardcore also hehehe!!
2 hours weightlifting? kapuya ba ana.
