Im using ponds facial wash, since high school until now. Effective as in! I used Cetaphil for a while when i was in college but got tired of it, morag wa raka nanghilam-os kay pwede raman pod dili na e-rinse, tissue off ra, Kana bang katugon na kaayo ka pero kinahanglan gyud manghilam-os kay basi nya mag ka pimples, so maghigda magnodnod ug cetaphil sa face, di na e-rinse, pahiran nalang ug tissue. hehe, tinapulan bah, pero concern gihapon sa byuti! Sa Ponds, kay feeling clean and supple gyud imong skin after nimo panghilampos.

got this from Adrian Ding whe he was conducting seminar on projecting corporate image..

he recommended Body Bar by nuskin. According to him, it helps on controling oily region of your face for pimple breakouts..

problema lang is we cannot buy this on groceries or pharmacy kay mga members ra kuno pede ani..
