so far ive only dealt with 2 mods here and thats sir JYOB AND SIR SPRINGFIELD,i find them very fair in making judgments and their very approchable esp when it comes to questions even dumb ones

there are many kinds of implementing strict policy..

examples:

*** strong implementation and no one above of it even ur in the highest position.. -- this is very good

*** strong implementation daw pero weak diay ang pag apply and it could be done through hocus pocus --- very very bad just like pinas nga pang gobyerno

I've witnessed a couple of questionable decisions, but on the whole fine and noticeably improved from last year. I think getting embroiled with a mod on a personal level is a bad idea and probably best to leapfrog through a thread rather than lock horns. After all no pointing fighting a battle you cannot win.
