but in fairness sa cit naa baya daghan improvements sa infrastructure ug sa equipments/facilities. as to the teaching staff that i do not know..pero with the pacucoa thingee, i think hinay-hinay na na nila giupgrade ilang system. besides, we cant expect changes overnight. mo take pa na cya ug years. and it does take a lot of effort from people to push even a single improvement. gawas kun kurog na lang gyud kaau ang admin nimo or the dean happens to the the owner's son. then that is surely a different story...
as for learning something sa school. actually sayop man gud ang atong concept na we learn everything from our teachers. we learn from them yes because they are paid to teach us. but we also have to take the iniative to learn otherwise wla gyud tay pulos. kun permi lang RH atong kuyog..awww...pasensya nalang gyud.
also learning is a continuous process and it doesnt end when one graduates from college.
