The subject of masturbation is the cause of much concern and confusion among Christians. Most of us are taught that masturbation is sinful or wrong, and many believe that the Bible actually forbids masturbation. The latter is simply untrue; masturbation is not even mentioned in the Bible. And when we consider the facts, it becomes clear that masturbation is not a sin, but rather a blessing from God that enables us to fully enjoy our bodies and can help us lead a more healthy spiritual life.
I think masturbation is God's great gift to us! Just be responsible and know your limits!

is this really true or is it the other way around..

Masturbation 'cuts cancer risk'
Men could reduce their risk of developing prostate cancer through regular masturbation, researchers suggest.
They found those who had ejaculated the most between the ages of 20 and 50 were the least likely to develop the cancer.

So, the only time your commiting a sin is...the contents of your thoughts while masturbating.
There is a passage in the scripture that says "Delight only in your wife"...if your married tapos mag-self help ka, is it a sin ang content sa imong thought while doing it is imo man wife??
I don't think so...
But for singles...para dili makasala is "Clear your thoughts while doing it"...murag Yoga, LOL!
