error fixed,.. connected again...! for those who have the same problem, you must have internet connection to do this ->go to device manager then click on network adapters then right click on tap-win32 adapter v9 then click update driver software then choose search automatically. (after this update the tap driver version 9.0.0.6 will be updated to version 9.0.0.
