The bad side of divorce is that couples will be separating because of petty reasons. Marriage is an eternal vow. What will happen to "till death do us part"?

Again, for me, it will all boil down to how you will choose your partner. If divorce will be legalize, young couples who think they are ready for married life, will be sprouting.

Anyway, I don't think this will be a priority in P.noy's administration, since he, a bachelor, can never relate. heheh

Do you really understand the process of getting divorce? Unsa na, permit lang nga kuhaon if naa ka money? It undergoes a process...a very long one for that. They won't grant your divorce if for 'petty reasons' only. C'mon!

Of course, they would not be mentioning the "petty reasons" behind the divorce. They will wrap it with much serious reasons. In US, there has been couples who divorced for they can't stand the odor of their partners. But of course, they would not dare to mention that.

Marriage should be eternal. The values that should be fix here is the perception of the new generation in choosing their lifetime partner.as an old Filipino adage goes "ang Pagpapakasal ay hinding isang mainit na kanin, na basta mo lang iluluwa"

No wonder many people don't want to get married they settle for live-ins. Even without divorce our society is "decaying". But i'd go for divorce, because at least even if the couples will get a divorce their children will still be consider as "legitimate".

Unlike if they just live together, their kids will be"illegitimate".

Please post here if naa nay gibuhat ang ginoo about ani nila ha? If iyaha na gipa uli ang mga pamilya nga nagkabuwag. If iyaha gipamutlan og tumoy ang mga bana nga nangabit. If iyaha giayo ang mga kasakit sa mga apektadong mga anak.

If that happens, hell with the divorce bill.
