bridge only connects Cebu and Bohol. You are only connecting two islands to each other. Looking at the bigger picture, there is not much advantage this bridge will give with regards to interconnecting the entire Philippine archipelago as we will still be relying on RORO and Boats/Barges to get from A to B.

If there were several bridges to connect from Luzon-Visayas-Mindanao via Cebu... then that would be something.
