Ugh, used to work for that godforsaken company... anyway, here's what I can suggest, compose a letter and address it to Oli stating that you'd wish to resign from the company with the training bond waived. That's what most of my friends did, 30 days or immediate, you are still bound to the company unless you have documentation from the site director himself that your training bond has been waived.

I used to work with Stream, my account was Vonage. I find them really hard to regularize an employee. I have worked with them for 5 months. They ended my contract that time. WORST, even if they ended my contract they asked me to pay the training bond., which in the first place is wrong. My Team Lead informed me work days ends 09.08 so after that day I not report to work. 2 days & 8 days after I recieved return to work letter from them. I never paid a centavo. They ended my contract why should I be paying their training bond?

may na lang gani katong mga gpang kuha nila na agents coming from the dell account to intuit gibalik dyapon sa original account. oh well resign na mo oi. wa may ayo tingali cge ra mo pa leave without pay. unsaon na lang na wa na moy bugas pampalit kung ingon ana lang ila style.

they took calls for 2 weeks and got back to dell 2 weeks after
at that time a new wave of agents from intuit fresh from client specifics training are waiting to be deployed sa operations
so what happened to those 20 agents na gi reprofile from intuit >>> unpaid leave... how do you explain that? nag hago hago ra sila train 20 borrowed agents from dell and another wave to be deployed.
