a sad reality, nursing's trademark of being a disciplined and a well-mannered institution is deteriorating nowadays.

I still remember these faces barricading the ABC studio gates in Lincoln Square in uptown Manhattan since the episode in DH was played. every single week on Friday nights these same faces braved the chilling New York temperature for months on end proudly waving our flag and placing placards up high. I could not see more proud Filipino people than this bunch. proud of our medical professionals. proud of their fellow country men. proud of being Pinoy.

I wonder how these same people feel about the fight that they've waged a few months back...
