What man ang job description for an agent here? How's the environment? Is it outbound/inbound? Sales or customer/tech support?

I especially am interested to be a trainer/QA.. Need ba experience as trainer/QA? or pde ra apply bsan agent experience lng?

the final interviewer was positive man, feel gani nako nakapsar ko
..she didn't tell me that i failed but just wait for a call daw IF i passed the interview
until now wala man koy na receive na call..
i asked na unsaon nako pagkahibaw if nakapsar ko 'we'll just tell you'
i really need feedback
