If you're a globe user and plans to be a globe user in the next coming years then I think it's a decent deal. Although I want to haggle with the seller to bring it down to 28K mainly because it's going to be locked. It will be difficult to IMEI unlocked in the next two years.

The price of an unlocked 5S is at 33K which is most likely a model A1530.
