i have the book total aikido by shioda, its hardbound, nindot? ambots, di man ko tig praktis ug aikido, i just have the book for research purposes. kay grappling boy man ko. wakekekekke

all i can say is that it has lots of picture to demonstrate the move. but its in black and white.

but aikido moves are better seen in video than in picture, "you cant capture the movement"
