urcc pakita na sauna sa channel 21 last time i remember it was thursday night mga 11pm(replays na).kay ang urcc ug fearless are not regular weekly events, twice a year maybe?

ang martial arts techniques kay practison para mahimo ang movement and instinct part sa tawo. la kaau ko kasabot sa bout nimo ipasabot.

ang tawo nga magsige huna huna ig attacke og depensa alkanse gyud. tanan man ciguro nga martial arts is trying to forget all when it comes to the real thing.

sakto gyud ka, pre....kinahanglan ato gyud ni sya ma kit-an sa personal ug ato maka istorya para masabtan gyud nato......

what i mean we dont have to rely on memory but we need to improvise, things dont go the way they should be.
