Guys this what we have talked about during the meeting at urgello with El presidente,
1. Tentative schedule for the open tournament either on the 3rd or 4th of November. purpose of the open tournament is to promote the table tennis center. a Two days event. Most probably on a Sat and Sunday. "Triple Elimination System'

2. 3 divisions open for Girls , Boys and children under 14 years old with no national exposure.

3. Sponsors and Invitations to Schools an Universities.

4. Solicitation

5. Sound System.

6. T-shirt printing

7. Dissemination of Volunteers
a. Registration and Pre-registration.
b. pre-plotting and plotting of players
c. scorers

Guys i need your inputs on this and finalize it, to make sure this is a success. We will have a final meeting this coming Saturday before we start our fun tourney at 2pm. we will start our meeting first before we start our fun tourney. Kita kits and enjoy. oohh by the way theres a prize for 1st , 2nd and 3rd.

Sorry for the late post of the address. I kept asking for the exact address but no one seems to know, even the owner. I asked the security guard and he gave me an initial haphazard address. Google is really everybody's friend on the internet as I was able to deduce the exact address.
